Speakeasy Co. is a technology and e-commerce platform for the wine and spirits industry, enabling beverage alcohol brands to sell directly to consumers without disrupting the three-tier system. The platform supports direct-to-consumer shipping across 31 U.S. states for spirits and 48 states for wine, allowing brands to transact through their own websites while maintaining full ownership of the end-to-end customer experience, data, and analytics.

AGENCY SERVICES
I built out Speakeasy’s performance marketing agency from the ground up from a team of one to a team of five at its peak. We serviced over 100 beverage alcohol clients during my tenure, who saw an average of over 200%+ ROAS for partnerships that lasted longer than 6 months.
THOUGHT LEADERSHIP
My role was to also position the leadership team and the company as thought leaders in the emerging industry of e-commerce for BevAlc. We dominated industry publications with regularly published content, educational webinars, and press releases.

I also led all internal and external communications to update key stakeholders on company growth, new product development, and community engagement. During Speakeasy’s acquisition, I led and executed the announcement strategy to key investors, internal teams, and the general public.
